Pipe Piles

Pipe piles are a cost-effect method of stabilizing a foundation that is settling.  Pipe piles are able to be installed in areas with limited overhead access, such as the crawlspace of a house.  Heavy duty steel pipes are driven into the ground with a hydraulic ram until they reach a pre-determined resistance.  The pipe piles are filled with grout, capped with a steel plate and attached to the foundation with a concrete cap and epoxy set rebar.  Structures can be releveled using pipe piles by lifting the foundation before connecting the pile to the foundation.
