PERIMETER FOUNDATION STRENGTHENING AND STIFFENING - DANVILLE

The right front corner of the home was experiencing foundation movement as a result of the underlying expansive soils.  A 3-foot deep, heavily reinforced, concrete grade beam was installed to strengthen and stiffen the perimeter foundation where the movement had occurred along the front and right side of the house.
