SOLDIER PILE AND CONCRETE PANEL RETAINING WALL - CONCORD, CA

ESR was contacted to replace a failing retaining wall for a homeowners association in Concord.  The existing wall was a  concrete block wall on a cantilever footing.  The wall had cracked in several places and began rotating.  The replacement wall is a cast-in-place, reinforced, concrete panel retaining wall supported by deep soldier pile piers.
