FLATWORK IMPROVEMENTS - DANVILLE

The residential property was experiencing separation and settlement of pavers that had been installed without adequate support.  The engineer determined the damage was likely due to soil movement resulting from fluctuating moisture conditions.  To reduce the impact of soil movement on the pavers, the engineer recommended installation of a reinforced slab with area drains to collect surface runoff.
